PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
We process personal data for the following purposes and in accordance with one of the six possible legal bases (consent, conclusion or performance of a contract, legal obligations, protection of the life interests of an individual, tasks in the public interest, legitimate interests of the controller or third parties) and the exact time when this necessary.

Wherever the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you always have the option to change or revoke this consent and to make a different decision regarding your personal data in advance.
Except in rare cases of justified exceptions (criminal acts, misdemeanors, requests of state authorities and justified legal claims of third parties), the processing is not based on the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party.

USERS OF PERSONAL DATA
We use personal data in our company as a controller and, in certain cases, pass it on to our contracted processors (website maintainers, IT equipment and systems maintainers, service and software maintainers, program maintainers, etc.), who are committed to strict protection of all data.

The Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European and Slovenian regulations provide you with a range of rights regarding privacy and protection of personal data, including the following in particular:
- the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data (the text you are reading is part of the exercise of this right of yours);
- the right of access to personal data means that you have the right to receive confirmation from us as the controller as to whether personal data is being processed in relation to you, and when this is the case, access to this personal data and additional information (purposes of processing, types of data, data users , storage time, existence of rights and appeal possibilities, data sources, possible automated decision-making or special profiling);
- the right to rectification means that you have the right to obtain that we, as the controller, correct inaccurate personal data relating to you without undue delay; taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including the submission of a supplementary statement;
- the right to erasure, also called the "right to be forgotten", means that you have the right to obtain that we, as the controller, delete personal data concerning you without undue delay, if the prescribed conditions are met (processing is no longer necessary, revocation of consent and the absence of other legal grounds, justified objection, illegal processing, deletion required by applicable regulations and the like);
- the right to restriction of processing means the right to obtain that we, as the controller, restrict the processing of your data if you dispute the accuracy of the data or if you have lodged an objection or if the processing is illegal or if the processing is no longer necessary for the controller but for the exercise, exercise or defense of your legal claims;
- the right to portability means the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to us as a controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to another controller without being hindered in doing so in any way (applies to data that we process automatically on the basis of consent or a contractual relationship);
- the right to object means that you can object to certain types of processing of your personal data (public interests, legitimate interests of the controller, marketing purposes) at any time and we must prove legitimate interests for the processing or stop the processing (always in the case of marketing);
- rights regarding automatic processing and profiling means that you are not subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal or similar effects in relation to you, unless this is strictly necessary, prescribed or if you do not you agree.
