Loyalty Program

Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program of the website amour.si

1. Introduction

   • The loyalty program of the website amour.si (hereinafter: Program) is designed to reward the loyalty of customers who shop on the website amour.si (hereinafter: Online Store).
     
     

2. Membership

   • Every registered user of the website amour.si is automatically included in the Program.
   • To join the Program, the user must create a user account on the website amour.si via the link amour.si/account/register.

3. Point Collection

   • The user receives loyalty points in the following ways:
     • 10 points when creating a user account.
     • 10 points on the user's birthday.
     • 1 point for every 1 € spent in the online store.
     • 10 points for each submitted product review (only users who have purchased the product can submit a review).
     • 50 points for following amour.si on Instagram.
     • 50 points for following amour.si on Facebook.
       
       

4. Redeeming Points

   • The user can redeem their loyalty points by:
     • In your user account (amour.si/account) on the website amour.si, select the desired coupon in the "Loyalty Program" tab (5€ = 500 points, 10€ = 1000 points, 20€ = 2000 points).
     • Under the selected coupon, press the "REDEEM" button and receive a discount code.
     • Copy and paste the discount code at checkout or in the cart during purchase.
     • Upon redeeming points, the used points are deducted from the already collected points, and the coupon amount is subtracted from the final purchase amount.
       
       

5. Points Tracking

   The user can track their collected and redeemed points by logging into their user account on the website amour.si and visiting the "Loyalty Program" tab.

   In case of any questions or issues regarding the loyalty program, users can contact our customer service, who will be happy to assist them.
