About Our Perfumes
Our perfumes are not originals — they are inspired by world-renowned brands. This means we offer fragrances that closely resemble prestigious perfumes, but at a more accessible price.
No. Our perfumes are not counterfeits, as we do not use any protected names, logos, or packaging. They are standalone products inspired by the scent of well-known perfumes.
Brand names are used solely as a reference to help customers identify which original fragrance a particular perfume is inspired by.
Our perfumes are produced within the EU, in compliance with European legislation, and are registered in the CPNP database. This ensures their safety and regulatory compliance.
Our perfumes are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP), making them long-lasting. On the skin, they typically last between 6 and 12 hours, depending on skin type, season, and application method.
The main difference lies in the price and packaging. Originals include the costs of branding, luxury packaging, and advertising. Our perfumes offer a similar scent at a significantly lower price, as we do not carry those costs.
Yes. We offer 2 ml testers starting from €1.50, so you can try a fragrance before committing to a full-size bottle.
Yes, testers for laundry perfumes are also available, so you can easily find your favourite.
Orders & Delivery
For Slovenia: orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually dispatched the same day, and packages typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
During periods of high order volume (sales, public holidays), delivery may be extended by 1 day; however, we always ensure shipments are sent out as quickly as possible.
For international deliveries, timeframes are longer and vary by country. Exact information will be provided at the time of placing your order.
For Slovenia: delivery costs €3.90 for orders under €35. Orders over €35 qualify for free delivery.
For international orders, the following conditions apply:
• Croatia: €3.99 | free delivery on orders over €50
• Austria and Germany: €6.90 | free delivery on orders over €70
• Italy: €6.90 | free delivery on orders over €70
• Hungary: 1,700 HUF (≈ €4.50) | free delivery on orders over 20,000 HUF
All prices include VAT.
Yes, all prices on the website already include 22% VAT.
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number.
Delivery costs are the same as for perfumes — free on orders over €35, and €3.90 for orders below that amount.

Yes, cash on delivery is the most popular payment option among our customers.
Returns
If you receive a damaged product (for example, a broken bottle, spilled perfume, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at info@amour.si.
In order for us to resolve the situation appropriately, please send us photographs showing:
• the address label on the package,
• the damage to the product,
• the inside of the package (including any protective packaging material),
• the complete packaging as you received it.
Based on this evidence, we will send you a replacement perfume at no additional cost.
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the product without providing a reason.
However, this applies only to products that are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
For cosmetic products and certain other products (e.g. make-up, creams, hair care products, earrings, etc. — hereinafter referred to as "special products"), returns after the packaging has been opened are not possible for health protection and hygiene reasons.
If the packaging has been opened, damaged, or the product has been used, you are not entitled to a return in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Among the 'special products' for which returns after opening are not possible for hygiene reasons are: make-up, creams, perfumes, hair care products, earrings, laundry fragrances, and scented candles. If you have broken the seal or used the product, a return is not possible. In individual cases, this will be assessed based on the extent of packaging damage and the condition of the product.
Notwithstanding the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act, withdrawal from the contract is not possible in the following cases:
• goods made to the consumer's exact specifications or clearly personalised,
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings and computer software, if the consumer has opened the security seal after delivery,
• the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the consumer has opened the security seal after delivery.

Not necessarily. We also value micro-influencers and smaller creators who are authentic and have an engaged community.

• a unique discount code through which they can earn a commission on sales,
• regular packages of our perfumes and new releases,

Yes, you earn loyalty points with every purchase, which can be redeemed as a discount on future orders.
